Reflection paper

I am a senior high school student whose taking a GAS or General Academic Strand.By the way,General Academic Strand is for student who are still in an interim period of choosing their preferred strand.It is also offers basic electives from the different strand.As a GAS student we must learned what is applied economic and organization management in our MIDTERM.Before knowing  what is applied economic,we must know first what is economic.Economic is a social science concerned chiefly with a description and analysis of the production distribution,and consumption of goods and services.There are some examples of economic and these are the following:
1.The tax game-a link between a set of taxes and income distribution is important,but a difficult concept taught in economics principle course.
2.Budget explorer-students often come to a principle courses with knowledge that is not correct
3.Specialization and Division of Labor-this engages students in a simple simulation of specialization and division of labor
4.Economics and the tradegy of the common-in both macroeconomics principle courses ,economic teach the vertue of market as allocative michanism
5.Marketism-helps the students understand functioning of markets by having them become consumes and producers in a simulated economy.By this time,applied economics is the application of an economic theory and economic tries in specific setting.

Gas student must learned how to manage a business effectively and efficiently. Management is the process of cordinating and overseing the work performance of individual's working together in organization so that they  could efficiently and effictively accomplish their chosen goals.
The following are the functions of management.
*Planning-this is involves defining goals,or performance objectives,defining strategic actions that must be done to accomplish them,developing plans to coordinate activities.
*Organizidevelopings assigning tasks ,who do the tasks ,how tasks are to be grouped,who reports to whom and decision are be made.
*Staffing-indicates filling the different job position in the organization structure.
*Leading-includes motivating subordinates directing others ;selecting the most effctive communication channels,and resolving conflicts
*Controlling-involves evaluating,monitoring activities to ensure that they bieng accomplished as planned and correcting any significant relation.
